S6 vs S7 Edge

Does the price difference between the two currently match the hardware difference. I mean both are water proof and so on .. would you pay that much more for a CPU upgrade ?

THe S6 is not waterproof and I miss the SD card alot! So for me yes the price differnece is worth it. HAted my S6 till it got Marshmallow on it, then it became a useable phone.

After killing my Oneplus One while having a bath (i know stupid ) I'd say the waterproof feature is worth the extra money

I know I'm posting on a dead thread but...

I love my S7 Edge so much more than my old S6. SD card expansion is a life saver and the fact you can use it in the shower is also great.
A problem with my S& Edge is that the home button is 'peeling' off (the paint is slowly chipping away). Also the battery sometimes doesnt even last me until lunchtime now...

Easy - S7 Edge if you can afford it.

Newer CPU
Water proofing
Better camera
SD Card support
will be updated for longer and quicker

Also comfier to hold and has a 3600mAh battery compared to the S6 with a 2600mAh battery.

Can I also say the camera is MUCH better. My friend has the S6 and I bought the S7 last week. In a well lit pub setting, the difference in photo quality was very striking. The S6 had a yellow wash with high levels of noise, where as my S7 had good colour rendition and low noise. You can see the S7 sample here:

Certainly better chips! (But batter does need a good heat source, and Samsung have provided that in the past)
