    Galaxy S10

Any thoughts? Can't say I am a fan of the front camera position on the S10. I have mate 20 pro and the notch thing is ok, plus I can turn it off if needed but that hole in the S10, not sure about that.

The Galaxy Fold looks pretty good, its not for me this time around but if they get it a bit thinner maybe interested

    Re: Galaxy S10

I've had my Galaxy S8+ for a couple of years now and am due for an upgrade right around the time the Galaxy S10 releases. I'm not going to be upgrading to the Galaxy S10 and instead opting for a cheap SIM only monthly contract and keeping my Galaxy S8+ until I can justify paying over a grand for a new phone and contract, that will probably be when 5G has matured.

    Re: Galaxy S10

I thought the S10 was meant to be THE upgrade?

I currently have the S9+. I thought I may have been making a mistake not waiting on the S10+. Seems I was wrong. It's yet another iteration. Nothing particularly great or breathtaking other than the usual small upgrades. I also DO NOT like the hole punch in the top corner. And the price? Wow. I paid £595 for my S9+ with a 128GB Microsd. Seems like I made the right choice.

The Galaxy fold looks great. But for the price of a gaming laptop....

    Re: Galaxy S10

I agree I thought that there would be something really new with the S10, underscreen camera for instance, I dislike the holepunch thing, at least on my mate 20 pro I can turn off the notch if I want to. Overall nothing too exciting.

The Galaxy fold looks ok but have you taken a look at the Huawei one? Folds over flat but price wise both are incredibly expensive. In time I am sure prices will come down and so will thickness and we will find out if there is a market for such a device

    Re: Galaxy S10

The foldable Huawei phone looks incredible for a first attempt at a folding phone. In time prices will come down, 5G will mature and the TRUE next step in smartphone technology will 'arrive'. I'm waiting until then, tired of throwing my money away on the same product redesigned and slightly improved.

Really liking the look of the S10E but unless I can find some good discount and can sell some of my other phones I wont be ordering one foe a while.

    Re: Galaxy S10

S10e is almost definitely my next phone*, in about 14 months when I can pick one up for £350

*Unless Oneplus, Huawei, or Google can launch a more compeling product in that time...

    Re: Galaxy S10

Galaxy S10 is a great flagship in 2019 and definitely worth a try. Two things I dislike about the phone:

1> Battery life due to extensive usage of Google Play Store
2> Add effect to photos automatically. Sometimes make the photos looking unreal.
