Can anyone tell me how I can get it to display street maps in 3D view? There doesn't appear to be an option?

Which version of Tom Tom are you using?
Navigator 3
I dont think there is, well havent come across it myself. I only get 3D display when its in navigation mode (ie you have told it you are going someplace), then again I am using TT2 still. Thers also that safety speed thing, when you go above a speed you set it changes to a simplified map.
i think u can only see in 3d when u are actually navigation, my route 66 allows that funtion
I take it there isn't an option to rotate the screen 90 degrees - would mount mine on the sunvisor if i could find it :/
