How to share photo's from HUAWEI to IPAD easily?

Finally after a decade nearly onvinced my wife to dump her iphone and go Android .....on the assumption that when she takes photo's on the Android, she can easily transfer them to ipad

i have an Honor 10 lite and I tried.. and I cant get any photo's to trasnfer via bluetooth.

the devides tether and I can see the Ipad when I use thr sharefunction and choose bluetooth. I get a failed transfer message and then they unpair and won't reconnect

What's the solution please people?

IS THERE.. a solution? Or is this apple lockdown?

Can you transfer from the phone to a computer, then computer to the ipad?

I have never had much luck with bluetooth transfers, not sure if you have the option but is a cable connection not viable?

Is there a way of using Google Photos app on both to sync? Assuming its OK for them to go to the cloud for a bit.

Install Google Drive on both and sync?? Or try Google Photos as previously suggested.

Dropbox/OneDrive with sync on so it takes pix and uploads them straight away, then same software on the iPad, bosh.

You can do it via WhatsApp, it will let you do a few at a time.

or
Drop Box or similar
or
Whatsapp (that compresses them from experience so might not work well )

heres the clincher, make sure you set it up correctly or you will have hours of endless fun deleting every pic from a shared whatsapp group that burns through your 15GB is no time at all, resulting in relentless spam from google advising you to increase your storage
