So you've tried backing up, doing a master reset (pressing *#7370# from the standby screen) and restoring the data then?

i found out the problem, its the frickin memory card itself, its fooked somehow if i reformat it will lose the default apps that where already in the card. how am i suppose 2 retreave those apps? is their a site whr i can download those apps for free?

unless theirs a way 2 back up the apps only from the memory card?

You can download the default apps from Nokia's website.

I've heard that Nokia has been supplying people with a dodgy batch of memory cards so that's probably your problem. You might be able to get Nokia to swap it for you.

I've had a memory card go on my 6630, same symptoms but it did it with pretty much any program but worked fine without the memory card inserted. Just bought a 256mb card and never looked back, better having loads more storage.
