    OneStopPhoneShop

hi, i saw that OneStopPhoneShop is giving really good deals on contract phones. But i am not too sure if they are reliable or not. Can someone tell me weather or not i should order a phone from them?

I have ordered approx 3 or 4 phones from them in the past (can't remember exactly). My experience has always been positive and to the degree that I have recommended friends and family to them and they alike have not experienced a problem.

My view is that they are one of the more reliable phone etailers and you are right, they do offer some cracking deals.

I personally would have no issue ordering from them again, hope this helps

ive ordered a couple in the past, only prob i had was when they gave me the free 3 month insurance which i did not want, i was then being charged for after the 3 months, a refund was issued quick so i am not bothered.

i allways tend to use scancom now they allways tend to be a bit cheaper on microsoft smartphones which is what i use.

I used onestopphoneshop for my last phone (Samsung D500 last december). They were really good - as supply was limited at the time. They reserved me one from their incoming stock and I even got a direct line to the girl who dealt with my order (wahaay! )

However, when the phone suffered from a duff down button - it rang them and they said they had merged with Carphone Warehouse - so I took it to one of their stores and it was fixed via CPW

I've used them in the past and ended up making a profit for the year with their cash back deals. I think if you do get one of the cash back deals make sure you know which and when to send in the bills (a photocopy was OK when I did it). If you fail to send these in on time they wil not give you the cash back. Therefore it is adviseable to send your bills in recorded delivery.

    Question

Can anyone explain these cash back schemes such as Quidco?

They sound too good to be true (and usually are.)
And also whether anyone has actually used them before and their experiences.

    Woohoo now Assistant Manager!
