Motorola V3X (V1150) or Sharp 703?

I have the oportunity to change my Siemens M65 for one of these phones, but only theses. Personnaly, I prefer the design of Motorola, and it also have more MP (2.0, 1600*1200 vs 1.3MP, 1280*1024 of Sharp 703) and a bigger amount of RAM (5MB onboard + 64MB of Transflash vs 8MB onboard + 32MB of SD). Sharp is knew to be the best phone manufacturer in camera/image stuff, and I will use this a lot. What do you think? what is the best phone?

I went for the V3x. I also think you got a few specs wrong on the V3x. It has 64mb installed and is expandable up to 512mb of transflash

Havent tried the Sharp though so i cant be sure although i dont regret the V3x

Id personally go for the V3x its a cracking phone and looks the dogs
