    Forthcoming HTC Hermes

As an Orange m500 owner (love the phone but it's unstable and badly needs onboard Wifi...), this:

    Made me slobber. Thoughts?

Edge would be awesome, and it doesn need wifi, but i dont have any stability issues with mine (MDA compact). Maybe worth upgrading your firmware?

    Edge would be awesome
There's no commercial EDGE network in the UK so it'll only be of use if you roam to other countries. Even then, you can expect to pay £20-£80 per megabyte for the priveledge.
