does anyone even know how to get O2 to sort out problems>?!!!!!!!!
they told me they were putting me onto one tarriff to keep me as a customer and then 3 months later have completely denied ever offering me such a good offer and stuck me onto another worse contract
i have spoken to customer services but they just end up making more and more mistakes on my bill etc
i have asked them to find the recording of the conversation for proof but no-one gets back to me....
any ideas

I guess their cock-ups work both ways
their flext is basically giving their service away also the fact if you order through their site, what you see if what you pay for life
Signing up myself in a weeks time and leaving rip off vodaphone
