Well mine has still been fine, although the battery drained far too fast the other day (only 2 days charge, granted had a few phone calls / quite a lot of texts, but still), which caused me to miss work due to my alarm not going off = annoyed!

I have started having issues with my K800i:-

    1) SMS messages always fail the first time and send ok on the 2nd attempt.
    2) My phone is switched on no callers barred etc - When people try to call me and receive a Busy tone and go through to the answer phone but my phone doesn’t ring? then I get a txt message telling me I have a missed call? This was also an issue with the old K750i

    Really annoying

Has anyone else had issues like this?

sounds like a network issue rather than a phone problem Chris. Who are you with? Spoken to them about it?

I have the same issue, except it seems to be when the signal is low? I'm on Orange

Yeah I am on Orange also - I will call them.

Would a network problem cause the 2) nd issue I have, this still happens even when I have a full signal.

I have just tried to call my mobile from another phone and got my answer machine again. I had voice mail at the time.

When I listened to and deleted my voice mail I tried to call myself again with no problem. I then left a another voice mail on my phone to see what would happen and called my self again with no problem.

    Very weird

I just received mine today and I think the phone is great, I love the Blog feature, it works so well!, havent tried video calling yet though. I like the way the phone feels solidly built especially.

I just wanted cheap line rental, alrady have a decent camera and can't be arsed with all the flashy bits ... but I guess its good to have them just in case eh. phones are a rip off, especially orange, i'm on £25 for 500mins, 500txt and free insurance...cheapest they could go down to...yeah my arse it is.
ever since being taken over by a french company orange have gone down hill...but if you know how to squeeze you can get a bit more out of them

I had to argue a lot for this but I'm getting 650 mins anytime any network and 1100 msg for £ 30.00. CS side of Orange isnt the best but network wise I would say they are one of the best.

iv had the phone for over a month with no major problems, well none that i can remember right now, so they cant have been a big issue, and i love it!!
the cameras great but havent really tried it in really low light like in clubs and such but the pics are great and blow up nicely, havent tried vid calling but will be giveing it a go soon when my mate gets a 3G phone next week
am on O2 atm and although the deal isnt great, they havent ballsed up the phone with loads of extra stuff which is good
also had no problems with the joystick (it being the only part of the phone im not sure on and almost the reason i didnt get it) after suffering big problems with it on my old K750i, it just seems better...

anyway, id recomend the phone to anyone and i hope this helps

Just had a weird problem - someone called - pressed answer - it muted the ring tone, but no matter how many times i pressed answer it just wouldn't actually answer it! The phone screen even reacted as though I'd pressed answer!
