    Nokia n93

They are starting to trickle through now it seems. Is anyone planning on getting one/already ordered?

Have you seen any good deals?

I was debating getting this instead of a k800i, but wasn't aware they were so close to availability.
They do look rather nice...I'm very tempted....have you seen any at all in the uk yet steve?

Theres quite a few sites this week claiming they have them for next day delivery on contract (random googled ones) and some that have sim free models (£650 ). I cant see it on the vodaphone or 02 sites yet though.

I would love one but they are pricey.

Very pricey..think I'll wait til the prices drop a bit or I might get the N73 instead. Not the same thing, I know, but the N93 does look a bit hefty

A college of mine was showing his N73 and it looked good. Much more phone sized than the N93.

He had some photos and video that he had taken at his daughter's birthday party and it looked good, comparable with what you would get from a £100 digital camera.

N80 does most of the same stuff, and isn't as stupid-looking IMO. I think I'm going for this over the K800i because of the wifi and higher res display.

Yes it does and the biggest you can get is 1GB and it costs a fortune...just what the world needs, yet another bloomin memory card format

Back to the N93, I'll be getting one in the next week or two. I'm not bothered about the size, in flip-closed mode it's no bigger than my P900. There's a couple of people (in the UK) on my-symbian forums who already have one - it looks very good.

Could be worse, could be a SE styled phone...now they are ugly phones

I am looking at getting either an N80 with orange student or possiby forking out for an N93 if they are that much better...only thing that puts me off both of them is the battery life - I know the N80 is supposed to be shockingly bad (talking 1-2 days max), would be interesting to know about the N93's though

I think any phone with 3G, bluetooth, wi-fi and a large screen etc is going to struggle to get more than a few days battery life. 3G will halve battery life c/w a 2g phone. I'm spoiled by geting nearly a week out of my P900, but I can guarentee the P990 will get a lot less than that.
