Anybody got a contract through onestopphoneshop.co.uk?

I'm thinking of going for one of their cashback deals

I would say to stay away if possible. I had nothing but problem with them and didn't end up getting any of my cash back. I know they are part of the carphonewarehouse group and I also know that some people have got ther cash back without any problem but again in my opinion I would stay away.

May try the link for the cash back deal or even carphonewarehouse.

    Thanks for the input plexman.
I've been looking at getting a cashback deal through them...but maybe I'll venture elsewhere...

I've had 4 contracts of them now, never had any probs getting cash back. Sometimes they do take a while to send it out, but they've always turned up. The longest i waited was about 7 weeks for it to come fru.

My wife has a contract with them and has had all her cashback cheques without any hassle or delay.

I guess it depends how easy you find it to follow simple instructions like 'send x bill on y date'... ;-p

Yeah, i'm guessing it is mostly user error, and occasional cock-ups by the company

They're actually pretty reputable in the "cashback" world, well they're reputable compared to most of the cowboys

Wouldn't touch that market with a bargepole now but thats a whole other story....

I've had 2 contracts with them and no problems.

Just follow their cashback instructions to the letter and always chase them up with a call 2 weeks after sending in your claim to make sure they've got it - this will give you a chance to send it in again if it goes missing (which has been happening to a lot of people lately since e2save/cpw/onestop have found a way to avoid signing for registered letters and special delivery).
