For a sim free handset, the cheapest i found online was £264 from The Order. It was last week I bought mine. I had been watching their price drop a few quid every couple of days, so it looks like they do a good job at maintaining the cheapest price.

Wouldn't have a clue if you're interested in a contracted mobile though... I don't really use my mobile enough to justify having to keep up monthly payments until the end of a contract.

If your after a top of the range mobile, it is cheaper to get a contract and not pay for the phone.

£264 for the phone + credit
£20/month (£240/yr) + maybe some calls, but not many if you choose a suitable contract.

It certainly works out cheaper for me to be on a contract.

Ebay average price is about the £180mark. You could always try forums such as esato.com for priavet buying but you bear the risks!

'3' do a lot of deals on this handset but you're better off going through someone like onestopphoneshop or similar if you want a good cashback deal, works out cheaper & then you don't have to continue to top-up/pay your existing line rental!

Free But that was on contract. Vodafone brochure lists it as £380 sim free/payg, but that is locked to vodafone I guess So as atomic said, it might be a good idea to take out a contract, as it can work out cheaper in the long run.
