Could someone help me please. Just got off the phone to Vodaphone, story goes.
I ordered a contract on the 1st of august, and so far have ran up a hefty bill. Been waiting for my bill to come through for the past few days, but had nothing so decided to phone them. The guy on the phone said im something or other meaning that i wont be getting my first bill till the 6th of october because it takes 6-8 weeks to set my account up. Which now means on the 22nd of october im going to have to fork out around £200. Also i was supposed to be getting a 512Mb memory card with my phone, when i ordered it they said they dont have none in stock but they will send me one out as soon as they come in. I just asked the guy about it then and he said im not supposed to get one with my phone, i told him about the offer and he said that he will order me one and said it will be coming in 2 days time, 2 minutes later he said they dont have none in stock and i will get one as soon as they get them. Quite frankly im not really wanting this contract no more but there is nothing i can do. Im also on my 3rd phone now as the first one was faulty, the second i took out in the rain to say "i will phone you back" so had to pay £25 excess for a new one, as it was water damaged from a 2 second call.
Sorry its so long, but was just wondering if anyone else has had problems with Vodaphone before?
