    Samsung D600 file conversion query

I have a Samsung D600 and I've used the voice recorder to record some sounds. I've transferred these sounds to my PC, but since these files are in a .amr format, only the Samsung media player (which came with the phone) will play the files. I need to convert these sounds to a universal format so I can share them on a forum, anyone have any idea how I can go about changing the file format?

Also related to this, the video format is something called .3gp, although I haven't yet tried it I assume when the need arises I will also need to convert this to a normal file format, any ideas for this?

Not tried it myself, but this might help to convert it.

3GP should traditionally play in quicktime, but there should be a converter available also. Try googling "3gp to AVI"...
