    i completely aggree, but i think samsungs are gud!, i jus wudnt lyk to have one myself, and battery is a bit crap.

    have been using the w810i since its release here in the UK last april.

    Not only is it great for its functions, its lasted some some hefty physical punishment, and everything still feels solid.

    A very reliable phone.

    w810i is a very good phone, however, there have been some reports of "background noise" when listening to mp3. especially at low volumes.

    Found a w810i on sale at a local store in Hereford for £149 with a £20 trade in for the old phone - bought today.

    So far she's happy!

    Just like to thank all the peeps who replied here for the sage advice.
