    Repeating Keys on Laptop

    Hi guys,

I have Compaq NC6400 laptop and whenever I click on the < key, it keeps on repeating. The keyboard buttom looks fine. Is there something I pressed? Is there any way of disabling repeat keys on Windows or anything to solve this problem?

    Thanks!

    I'm assuming XP.

    Try
    -control panel
    -keyboard
-change the repeat delay so that it is slower (this means that you will have to hold the key down for a longer period before it repeats).

    Hope this helps.

if its just the one button then its time for a trip to maplins for a can of switch cleaner. aim the nozzle around the area of said offending key and blast the living daylights out of it !

also good around the edge of touchpads that have a ghost infected cursor !
