i get an error when trying to reload XP office pro, saying missing above file.

can anyone tell me where to find it?

shoudl be on the Office XP CD.

have done a file search on the discs and could not find it

Does the disc have the correct hologram effect printed on the front?

its a retail copy

Try it on another system, if it does the same then take it back. May be a defective disc...
