its up to YOUR requirments if its worth it at this current moment in time.

Unless you do something that utilises 64bit technology at this exact moment or very near future then surly the answer must be no.

I ran 64bit for a while, but there are driver issues for me with my fingerprint reader and my wireless USB stick, not to mention game compatibility.
