Company footer on Exchange email

I assumed this could be done out of the box, but apparently not.

Is there a cheap and easy way to add this functionality?

We don't have many users (about 15 i think) so don't want to fork out a fortune for this one little feature.

Is THIS too much? £165 for 10 users, £275 for 25. Works with Outlook AND OWA. Will read fields from AD, so you can effectively set standard format sigs that'll read user specific details, addresses, numbers, all that stuff. We've implemented it, and it works pretty well.

Ive seen the option somewhere... mehh could be buried in AD.. barring nichomach option, log on as each user and change their email signature.

we use http://www.exclaimer.com/ but it may be a little hard core

GFI Mailessentials also does the job - its not too expensive either. ( does a few other nice things too ! )

I spoke to our IT poeple yesterday. They are sending me a quote for installing and setting up Exclaimer. It doesn't look too expensive. I'll need to look and see if we can make us of any other features too though

Can you not set it in each individual computers Outlook? Unless its going to change frequently, then that would be the cheapest way of doing it?

Tools>Options>Mail Format>Signatures?

Yeah i know. We'll probably end up doing that, but the boss has asked for it to be added on the server. Once he sees that it will cost him it he will most likely change his mind though.
