    Reinstalling Vista

Ive been reading horror stories about reinstallations and looking for a little advice.

I have Vista Ultimate (MSND for testing purposes only) and am building a new rig today/tomorrow.

I am going to use the same hard drives and raid them though.

What is the BEST and easiest way to format these drives in the new machine?

The XP disk and reformat seems easiest but does this corrupt boot sequences? (some think so).

Help appreciated as i dont really want to buy new drives aswell.

Well I could help you out but don't know anything about raid.
But would advise anyone that has one hard disk, who has Vista and winxp, is to partition it into three,......c:\winxp d:\vista and e:\ for mp3s, jpgs etc, and a vista backup and restore image.
