    Exclamation Error 'C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tools\LostRun.exe'

    Hi all and Merry Christmass , My Nephew gets the following error message when the desktop loads, Windows cannot find
    'C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tools\LostRun.exe' make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again,To search for a file, click the start button and then click search.
    Well i do as instructed but search cant find any files connected to the above error. Has anyone got any idear what the error refers to and can it be rectified . The specs are MB K7S5A CPU Athlon2000xp HD Seagate Barracuda 40gig Graphics Card is a Gainward pro/600TV 64mb DDR TVout Geforce 4 mx440, nothing is overclocked OS is Windows XP Home Edition Any advice on this problem would be most apreciated thanks in advance.

    That file doesn't exist in XP home. Might be a piece of spyware tring to load.

    It's a file from Epson Satus Monitor 3 apparently, either re-install or uninstall it and you should be ok.
