    Vista and itunes Help!.....

I keep getting the following error message

The folder "i Tunes" is on a locked disk or you do not have write permissions for this folder.

    Any ideas???

The iTunes folder is located in My Music folder on my D: drive which is 2 drives in RAID 1

Have you checked the permissions for that folder mate (read, write, archive etc...)? May be teaching you to suck eggs, but might work.

The other thing I have just thought of is, did you create the folder and install itunes under a different login? Might be that the login you are currently using doesnt have correct permission to access another users folder. Again longshot but worth a look.
