I could google for this, but i'm at work & cant be arsed.
Is there a way I can have just a page with all my fave RSS feeds on it. Easy to do?
Just so I can get my news fix in one hit.

http://www.bloglines.com/

all the above will integrate with firefox too (so visiting an rss url will add to one of the above instead of to your local bookmarks
I'll second Bloglines, been using it for over 2 years and have not had a problem with it.
If I had to choose a 2nd place I would go with Google Reader.
I've been using Gregarius for about 6 months.
Very simple to setup.

www.netvibes.com ftw!
what's wrong with just using a stand-alone reader like Moz. Thunderbird. I use that. It's adequte I find.

Netvibes is the dog's knees, takes a while to get it all setup the way you want but very flexible and more features arriving all the time.
