Post Oops - how do I fix this then (nackered partitions.)

Please laugh at my confident comments in this thread:

    And now help me.

Somehow BootMagic fiddled with a drive (array to be precise) that it wasn't even supposed to

I now have three partitions - but none of them have filesystems - a file recovery utility listed them fine (as NTFS) but clearly the MFT's are broken.

I need a program that can fix the partitions to show the right filesystems again - without losing all my files.

I'm installing SP1 now - just in case it's pre SP1 windows being an arse.

    Cheers,
    Unts.

bootmagic seems to mark random partitions as hidden. load partition magic and right click the volumes in question and look for the unhide option.
quite simple really, but very annoying.

The thing is, they're not hidden - just unrecognised filesystems. I'll try it though - once I've installed SP1 and recovered partition magic from the nackered filesystem, lol.

    Cheers.
