Yep, much prefer VMWare Server

MS Virtual Server is free too - worth a look
As are Bochs, and Xen depends on what you're doing really. Personally I'd stick with VMWare with the caveats above.
VMWare is much better, but costs oodles.
VirtualPC has been growing on me a lot, in fact the handy MS beta releases on msdn that are based on a virtual PC have really helped in winning me over!
