XP service packs?

Hi All,
Does anyone know if there is a bumper download package I can get which contains all the fixes since SP2? I'm about to install XP on a machine with a really slow internet connection, and I'd prefer to grab everything at once and transfer it by CD/DVD/Flash drive.

has anyone else who used autopatcher had an issue where windows update finds all the updates autopatcher applied and wants to install them again then issues the update failed warning ?

i used it after my last format to be met with this problem so it turned out to be a waste of time as windows went and downloaded them all anyway
