    Small annoyance, fix?

Ever get used to a nice feature in one thing and then miss it badly in the next?

In gnome when you have more than one window open, say a document and a webpage, you can scroll up and down each my just hovering the mouse over them instead of having to click the window into focus. This is particulaly(sp?) handy when following a tutorial. Im now carrying on with the tutorial in windows and its annoying having to keep clicking the window to scroll down a bit on the tutorial, then click the other window to carry on etc.

    Can windows do this?

    Cheers.

There's no option in Windows, but you can install TweakUI and enable the X-Mouse option.

technically thats an option in windows (as its a reg setting)

tweakUI is a must for any hardcore user.

Its worth noting that Logitech and others mouse software does this too (and as such can interfeer with the tweak setting)
throw new ArgumentException (String, String, Exception)
