    Raid drivers

Ok so Im tryin to install Raid drivers on my Hd. the one before you install the OS. When I try and make a floppy driver disk through the tool that Asus provide it says in the manual:
    * 1. DETERMINING THE PROCESSOR TYPE
    ************************************************************

You will first need to determine if your system contains a
    32-bit or 64-bit processor.

    1. On the Start menu:
1a. For Windows* 2000, select Settings and then
    select Control Panel.
1b. For Windows* XP or later operating systems,
    select Control Panel.
1c. Open the 'System' applet (you may first have to
    select 'Switch to Classic View').

    2. Select the 'Hardware' tab.

    3. Select the 'Device Manager' button.

    4. The processor type will be indicated by the value under
the 'Computer' section on the 'General' tab.
    4a. On a 64-bit system, Intel(R) Itanium or Intel(R) Itanium 2
or Intel(R) Pentium 4 will appear.
    4b. On a 32-bit system, a value other than Intel(R) Itanium or
    Intel(R) Itanium 2 will appear.
Thing is I have XP 32-bit but a E6600 is 64bit right, its really confusing me which 1 to choose. Clearly in the manual it refers to the Cpu and not the OS. So which drivers do I need?

it depends on the OS, not the processor

you want 32-bit if using a 32-bit windows, despite the processor being 64-bit
