I've dealt with a fair amount of the day to day admin, but it looks like i'm going to have to change a few things to fit inside the company infrastructure.
This integration will want to deal with things like our voice recorders pushing calls made to customers into the CRM system. That and e-mail integration will make CRM a full blown customer management setup for the business.
However to do this i'm going to want a test and development setup and of course CRM is domain based, and i want to stick a copy on the test domain.
Anyone else dealing with this issue?, got any way of dealing with it?.
I mean i'm tempted to look at developing a database migration routine that handles the migration of users and Active directory ID's, or look into using the CRM data migration tool.
