    'Portable' VNC

I have UltraVNC installed here, with the server component running as a windows serivice, so its always up unless I stop it.

Is there a version of VNC that is "Portable", being one that requires no installation etc, a la Portable Firefox and the like, a quick google and look on portableapps.com shows nothing, but perhaps i'm just being a bit thick

problem is its easyer to do the whole VNC thing in kernel mode, whilst real vnc can work, the performance is (understandly) poor compared to a kernel mode VNC.

second ultra standalone vnc for the simple user mode app, but remeber the performance won't be as good.
