    Two WP installs, single DB

Just a quick question. The install for WordPress only hooks into the DB dynamically right? That way I could have an install of WP at mydomain.com/articles/ and mydomain.com/tutorials/ but hook it into a single database setup for WordPress?

Or perhaps it's just better to have two separate installs? I only have one DB left on my hosting, but I guess I could have two separate WP setups on a single DB. It just means there's a single point of failure

    Cheers

Never tried it myself, but there's a setting for the DB prefix, letting you run two seperate sites from the same DB

What are you trying to achieve? Might be possible with a single install, with a bit of creative thinking...
