How to disable auto play in windows media player/Vista

When using a vista desktop, if I have a DVD playing from drive 1 in media player, on inserting a cd into drive 2 it automaticlly starts playing the songs in media player and stops the DVD.

At worst I would expect an " you have inserted a new cd what do you want to do ? " dialog box, but I don't get it I just get the dvd turned off and the music starts playing.

Is there a better way to configure this.

    thanks.

The mac book is perfect for its needs - which is as a portable music recording machine.

Finding it fantastic in terms of usability, design, quality, etc etc.
It has a few flaws with it, such as the non-standard keyboard layout, and the magnetic power connector is great, but its also easy to knock out as there is no real grip on it.

I'm really struggling with mac os x to be honest, but I've learnt enough to allow me to get around and use the music recording software without issue. I'll probably be hunting for some slightly more advanced help to get it incorperated into my network a little better and such but overall its more than fit for purpose and I can see how people can find both the hardware and the software excellent. It just doesn't suit my overall "computer" requirments at an OS and hardware level enough to warrent getting into it more. Very impressed though.

for the music software - has to be OS X - or it would have gone by now as I'm not interesting learning more OS's at this moment in my life.
