tabletpc with ocr stylus

i just got hold of a second hand tablet pc , toshiba portege 3500

wots the name of software (i know acer tabletpcs had it ) but basically u scribble on the screen and the software add on for office word would OCR recognise it and transfer it into word as text

wots name of the software or add on package pls ?
