What web browser is the best out there??

Whichever one you prefer! The big 3 are IE7, firefox and Opera. I have used all 3 and settled with IE7 once I got a vista lappy. Honestly, the only way to know is to try them all and see which one suits your browsing style.

Ah right. so is there any other good ones, other than those 3??
I like SeaMonkey.
Plenty of other Gecko-based browsers, as well as KHTML/Webkit browsers. I'm looking forward to trying a Webkit-based Epiphany.
"Well, there was your Uncle Tiberius who died wrapped in cabbage leaves but we assumed that was a freak accident."
Historically you've also got netscape.
Recent incarnations of this look and work quite similar to Opera.
All of them will do your basic browsing, but often a decision will be based around your need/desire for addon's/plugins or the suchlike.
If this is not a consideration then your choice is wider.
Personally I like and use Firefox both at home and work. It's a nice lightweight browser, got lots of addon/plugin options and adheres to the W3C standards for xhtml and css etc.
The latest netscape is a reworking of firefox.![]()

Speaking of lightweight and Gecko based, K-Meleon was a cute little performer last time I used it. http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/
Don't forget you can always slap a front end over Internet Exploder if it takes your fancy, Maxthon or Avant spring to mind. http://www.maxthon.com/ | http://www.avantbrowser.com/
Both Opera and Firefox work really well IMO, prefer either to IE7.
IE7 isn't standards compliant, people are starting to get to the point where they wont support IE hacks for working around the broken render at it's core. A web developer shouldn't have to hide browser bugs. So for me, it's Firefox, & Konquorer. Make the web a better place, don't use Internet Explorer.
I have ben an Opera fan - particularly as it is cross platform - Windows, Mac and Linux. However the recent versions (certainly under Linux) have been a bit sluggish and I have used Firefox more. Opera is a little more versatime and configurable than Firefox. Both Opera and FF have e mail clients associated with them - although I haven't used them. I haven't used IE7, although reports are that although it is a tabbed browser, it is inferior to Opera or FF. Opera has a bit torrent client built in - not sure about Firefox
However, some websites exploit the incompatabilities of IE and won't work with other sites - particularly if the site uses asp scripting language. Apart from Microsoft itself (the updates pages) other examples are some of the internet banking sites, although they are getting better. A google search on web browsers will throw up loads more - some graphical, some text based (like getty). Try them and see which one suits you. The best one is the one that you are comfortable with and does what you want.

I don't like IE7 that much at least in XP (but then FF is a memory whore which I do use - you can't win I suppose). Although is it just me or do you find IE7 is much more responsive in Vista (even on a dual boot system), I suppose it was designed to be used with Vista from the start though which might help.
firefox ftw
