You can't base an idea around having only one experience. I've probably tried 5+ games now, and there's been no vista specific problems at all that haven't been the fault of the game developers or graphics drivers.

Was worse when I was trying to copy across the network on my new Vista PC from my old XP PC.

Marginally better going from XP to Vista.

Didn't help with 200Gb or crap to copy either LOL.

Agreed; and the combination of both appears to have improved performance remarkably on the Lenovo laptop I've just bunged them on.
