    screenshot

    where can i find the screenshot once i've pressed "print screen"?

    i've got XPpro and am trying to upload a screenshot but cannot find where it is

    can anyone help?

    open up photoshop or equivalent and paste it.

    There used to be a clipboard viewer in Windows (I don't know if it's still available). The screenshot has gone to the same place stuff goes to when you copy or press Ctrl-X/Ctrl-C.

    I tihnk even word will allow you to place the image onto the screen.

    ^^ as the man says ^^

    Pressing print screen grabs the entire screen, whereas ALT+print screen will grab the active window.

    Once grabbed, CTRL+V will paste it into the app of your choice
