cPanel Spam Filtering? Anyone know owt?

I'm wondering if anyone has any good advice on configuring cPanel to filter spam. For some reason POPFile has started to play up and reinstalling hasnt helped.

I'm therefore looking at other ways to cut down spamola!

I'm sure I've read somewhere, where, cPanel can alter subjects - any idea how? I'd like to alter suspect spam to say 'spam' and clean email to say 'mail'??

I always thought cpanel was a web front end for administering domains not an email filter ?

Surly the email filter is linked to your mail service not the front end controlling it ?
    It is Inevitable.....

It is, but it's a little bit more powerful...

Just reading through their site now, and it looks like it is just an admin tool. You'd have to install the mail service tools / then point cpanel at it to "administrate" it.

Or have I totally just miss-understood.

assuming i'm talking about the same thing, i use cpanel to admin my domain.

i have to make a "spam" mailbox to send all spam to, i'd like to be able to send spam to the deleted items of the relevant mailbox, but i cant do that :/

what are good spam filtering tools i could use?
