Unless its in your BIOS, then no! Because the HDD isn't spun up then you can't have it running as software.
If its not on your BIOS then you could try making a small module, you just need a timing curuit pritty much!

Found setting in BIOS, set it to 1030
Will see if it working tomorrow.

What MB are you using? I can't say I have ever seen a auto turn on option in any of the boards I have ever use.

Ditto Trash Man What motherboard is it? Would be a far more useful feature than some you see in BIOSes nowadays

All the machines I have (AMD) have this option (RTC Wake). I don't see how wake-on-lan would work as that requires another PC to tell the machine to turn on, hint why it's called wake on LAN as it is done via another LAN machine.
