vista logon - on screen keyboard

Is it just me or did a on screen keyboard randomly decide to be on my login screen whenever i decide to turn my PC on.

Im guessing it came from an update, or it could be after installing my new WACOM tablet.

but is there anyway to turn it off? i have tried the ease of acces center but there is nothing there

mainly as its ugly, annoying and doesnt really look centered...
