Anyhow, best solution to a slow running PC, reinstall the operating system and try not to install any software other than your antivirus and main programs

if you run them in that order you should find your pc runs a lot better, and then you can post a hijack this log after.

These are Tiscali name servers. If you are with Tiscali then they are perfectly safe.
