We currently use Sophos and it's now what I'd call bloatware. It's a resource hogging monster and is causing more problems than its worth.
What do you run at your company?

nod32, I like it because its small, pretty non intrusive and the remote control functions and diagnosis is really great.

See I really like the BitDefender suite, but it's always seemed that little bit more home user than corporate.
Nod32 and Kapersky are up on my list already.
we use sophos with enterpirse console, it has been fine. Also the unwanted apps detection feature is really useful.
Sophos and Nod32 scale the best at corporate level though NOD32 is about half the price of a comparable setup for Sophos. Low footprints, fast and frequent updating and above all reliable and fairly unobtrusive. Sophos is also quite easy to set up and if you can stretch to it they also have an outstanding spam filter that sits on top of Exchange. As for NOD, take your time to read the setup docs it's not very intuitive as I recall especially if you misconfigure and can't update your server it's actually quicker to reinstall than figure out which settings need tweaking![]()
Another vote for NOD32.... I wish I could persuade my company away from Norton 10 to NOD32....
I use NOD32 in all my private jobs.
Try to make each and every day the best it can be.
I can tell you now don't use AVG Network edition... its BAD.

Personally we use McAfee and as a pure anti virus program it's low resource useage and catches what it needs to catch. However it offers zero protection against users using the internet and going to the wrong sites.
Symantec Corporate here (v10.1), solely for AV.
Our Mail is scanned twice before it gets to user and the internet is controlled tightly through ISA2006 so really we are paying to make sure that no one brings anything in on a pen drive/cd.
We use Trend Micro Officescan, it works very well, unobtrusive etc
