In an attempted to fix my dodgy graphics drivers one of the Ati uninstallers removed MSVCP60.dll and now services.exe wont load, and I am greeted by a blank screen. Does anyone know how to go about using the recovery console to fix this?

update: I used the console to add in the dll again from the windows CD, to no avail. Even tho I have replaced the DLL it refuses to load it. When going back into recovery console the dll is gone again.
Can you not just do a repair install?
I tryed to, but the option wasnt there, as in to say it didnt detect the install. This could be because I only have a pro CD.
Edit: Gave up, backed up, reinstalled windows. Well am in the process of. As happens every time, trying to fix it really isnt worth it, best to give up and reinstall.
