XP Upgrade Reinstall Advice.

I have some systems that have 2000 pro to XP upgrade COAs

I need to format them and reinstall but I have a couple problems

The first issue is time, do i need to install 2000 Pro and then upgrade it to XP?

The second is that I can not find out 2000 Pro CD anywhere! Can i give MS one our CD keys and have them send over the 2000 Pro CD?

unless it states upgrade only on the CD/box - it should install without the need of 2000.

with mine it installs direct from CD/startup, without the need of any thing else being on the system, then when you start it up, it asks if u need to upgrade - or clean install - format, partion drives etc, and goes on direct if your system is fresh.

what u will need to do is set your bios to detect your CD drive first, and then boot up with the XP cd in the drive.

thats my third issue!

Sorry, I also don't have an actual XP upgrade CD. I only have a standard XP OEM disk and the CD key on the COA will not work with it.
