    Disc Defragmenter

Is anyone aware of a free disc defragmenter that works better than the standard WinXP one?

    JkDefrag v3.32
is what I use on XP & Vista. It's stripped down but works well on 32 & 64 bit systems. You can also pick up old copies of O&O Defrag, which is a quality product.

    Re: Disc Defragmenter

I use Diskeeper pro both at work and on my home rig; it works very well and is safe and stable in my experience. There are 30 day free trials at the website, so you can try it out for free.
