XP Cleaner upper?

Anyone know of a decent bit of software that can clean out registry, defrag, optimise windows etc. etc. thats on the internet?

Just quite like to clean out of PC but don't know of many decent bits of software like this ... anyone else?

O&O Defrag is a really good defragmentation utility. Regcleaner is my fave reg prog for removing all that rubbish that runs on startup, and also all the windows updates that crop up in the add/remove programs list.

also i use spybot (designed for spyware removal) to disable start up items (one of its tools) so i dont have to trawle throgh the registary (it also has nice descritions of what the program does/ if you need it etc)

I use a little proggy called system mechanic, see if you can get hold of it, because it's very good
