Exclamation How do you stop this?

I only have a few mins left to post this, but does anyone know how to stop this from happening again on vista? It's happened a few times now, and it's really annoying when it just forces you to restart your PC.

On a related note, how do MS get away with this? What if I was doing some uber important work when it made me restart?

Or is there some simple option somewhere that I've just overlooked?

    Thanks .

Start -> Control Panel -> Windows Update -> Change Settings -> "Download updates but let me choose whether to install them"

But then how come it can't just install the update, but only restart when I tell it to? Or at least give me an opportunity to cancel the update instead of just warning me that one is imminent. I'm sure that's how it used to work in XP?
