Hey there folks, I recently got Vista ultimate genuine, installed all updates etc, the problem is that ive overclocked my e6300 from 1.86 to 3.0Ghz, but Vista shows it to be at 1.86 unlike XP, plus, all the gadgets for system monitoring in the windows sidebar also show 1.86Ghz
The actual concern is the built in experience rating in Vista, which tests your system and gives you points, it is giving the same points as it gave my stock CPU, is this normal? What scores for the CPU do you people get on Vista? on 3.0 I get a 5.6 for the CPU.I get the same when I run the test on 1.86Ghz.
I get a total system score of 5.6 as well. Something wrong or is it normal with Vista?
Plus all the benchmarking softwares are giving expected results, only Vista in-built monitoring and ratings are concerning me.
