XP Sidebar

I know that there are lots of these available and that people are tired of replicating the vista look for xp but all i want to know is if anyone knows of a sidebar that has the transparency like the vista on and does not install spyware or is not a hacked version which could cause system instability. Excluding the google sidebar because google are known to monitor certain things and i dont really trust them.
