Remote Desktop - Vista?

I am trying to connect to a Vista box on my network with Remote desktop - I've tried several things and now I am stumped.

It's enabled to work - and allow connections to it - it's in the same subnet and on the same switch... help?

The main account has no password - due to it being a media centre - I even made a remote account with a password (marked as administrator) and enabled to login - and that won't work either :( It won't even connect properly

Is it set to allow any version of RDP to connect to it and are you trying this from your Mac or XP client?

Right I had to have a password set on my other user account :( so did that and it works now :(

So - on my XP machine it works but not my Mac using CORD - so I am just downloading the Microsoft version.. :)
